Reviews
Mr Sivaraj was so welcoming, kind and gentle in his manner. He explained in detail about the operation and I immediately felt relaxed in his company. I was grateful that he told me afterwards how the operation had gone. He also talked to me during the operation which was a great help. I cannot imagine how such a delicate operation can be performed so swiftly and without pain or discomfort. I would certainly recommend anyone else having the same operation to relax and keep still and trust Mr Sivaraj. All will then be fine.
I am so happy with the surgery performed on my eye! I knew that my astigmatism was bad and that it would be difficult to correct. I did not think that it would be possible to be able to see long distance without glasses! I have heard today that I gave excellent vision in the eye and will not need glasses for long distance for that eye. I am arranging to have the other eye done ( I do hope that it will be with the same surgeon) and I trust that he will do the best that he can with my other eye! Thank you very much!
Mr Ramesh Sivaraj explained what he can see from the checks done on my eyes prior to the removal of the cataract from my left eye and what he would be doing. During the operation he told me what he was doing each step of the way and explained when I would hear the machine. He put me at ease and I felt confident and safe with him doing the operation.
My experience was very positive. The procedure was clearly explained, options discussed and I have had a very positive outcome being now able to see more clearly than I can ever remember. His very pleasant manner helped me to feel relaxed and helped to make me feel calm throughout the procedure.
Mr Sivaraj explained my surgery and aftercare, he was reassuring during the procedure. I received excellent care and would highly recommend him.
